::Hosting account Terms & Conditions::

We do not permit automated registrations on hosting accounts; therefore account creation is not instant. Your hosting account will be set up within 48 hours of our receiving payment.

When ordering a hosting account from us it is a requirement that you:
a) Transfer your existing domain name to our IPS TAG (details in your welcome email) - For Free.
b) Register a new domain name - it's free anyway!

::Domain Names::

Domain names are registered using the personal details you supplied when registering with this store - if you need to register using other details, it is essential you contact us.

To register a new domain or transfer an existing one, please tell us the domain name in the comments section of the checkout process and state whether it is registered or new registration. Please ensure you check the spelling if you wish to register a new domain as we cannot cancel registrations and accept no responsibility for misspellings.

The rules for transferring domains are:

• The domain must have been registered for more than 60 days.
• The current admin contact must be able to confirm the transfer (for global domains).
• The domain name must not be 'on hold' with the current registrar. The domain could be on hold for payment issues, renewal issues etc.
• The domain must be at least 40 days from its renewal date.
• The domain must be in an ACTIVE state and not locked from domain transfers.
• You must have authorisation to make DNS changes and update nameservers, or your current registrar must be able to do so on your behalf.

::Acceptable Use::
The Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool, we would expect our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.

Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are removed from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.

Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however the following are unacceptable uses.

Illegality
In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorised distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material.

Undesirable Content
Certain types of content are not allowed on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work. We do not permit the use of streaming on our shared hosting platforms. Users who wish to distribute such files are recommended to zip the content and display on your website as a download.

Bulk Email
The use of our network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden.

Misuse Of Resources
Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP/ASP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden. If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use

There are no refunds or partial refunds offered on accounts deactivated due to breach of Acceptable Use.

::Templates & Designs::

By purchasing a template, theme or skin from HM::Design you agree to the following:

• Designs are not to be resold or distributed.
• They will be used on the site for which they were purchased.
• You have the knowledge or skills to integrate these with your website.
• You have the knowledge or skills to make the necessary changes to generic graphics etc., if required.
• The copyright text: HM::Design Templates will remain intact.
